Getting Started

  • How do I register? Click the "Sign Up" button and choose your role (Shop, Rider, or Host)
  • How do I verify my account? Riders need admin verification. Shops and Hosts are verified upon email confirmation
  • How do I reset my password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page

For Shops

  • How do I create a delivery? Go to Dashboard → Create New Item → Fill in delivery details
  • How do I track my delivery? View all deliveries in your dashboard with real-time status updates
  • What are delivery types? Direct (rider picks up from you and delivers) or Via Hub (goes through logistics hub)

For Riders

  • How do I claim a delivery? Go to Available tab → View items in your area → Click "Claim This Delivery"
  • How do I update delivery status? Click the status button on your assignment card to progress to next stage
  • How do I collect payment? When marking delivery as complete, a dialog shows total COD + delivery charge to collect

For Hosts

  • How do I manage my hub? Access hub settings from Dashboard → Hubs
  • How do I assign deliveries to riders? Go to Assignments → Select pending delivery → Assign to available rider
