By accessing and using ParcelFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms

Service Terms

For Shops:

• You are responsible for accurate parcel information
• You must ensure items comply with delivery regulations
• Payment terms are as specified in pricing

For Riders:

• You must have valid licenses and documentation
• You are responsible for safe delivery of parcels
• You must collect and remit COD payments accurately

For Hosts:

• You are responsible for hub operations and security
• You must maintain accurate records
• You must coordinate effectively with riders and shops

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from delivery:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable items without proper packaging
• Items prohibited by local regulations

Liability

ParcelFlow acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for loss or damage to parcels unless caused by our negligence.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
